I enjoy shooting high school senior portraits. I don't do them often enough though. While high school senior portraits are huge in the midwest and a few other parts of the country, they are not as big in California, especially LA. These portraits are great to use for graduation party invites and wall portraits but I also love when the families order an album. What a great keepsake. I wish I had something like that to look back on now.
Here are a few of my favorite shots of DJ's session. He is the first high school senior boy shoot I have done and getting to know that he reads Sylvia Plath and likes old cameras made for a fun afternoon.
